The Diabetes & Me app was created for the NHS to help patients better understand Diabetes, and track their test results and annual reviews.
The project involved the UX and UI design for the app, with a clean and simple interface that is easy to use for users of all ages. Designed and built in house at my old agency Sync Interactive.
